Founded in Ripley, Mississippi, Up In Smoke BBQ was born from a simple truth: great BBQ takes time, patience, and a stubborn refusal to rush perfection. What started as backyard cookouts between two friends evolved into a competition team chasing trophies and saucy glory across the South.
We specialize in ribs, wings, and questionable life choices — all slow-smoked to perfection. Every rack we put on the smoker carries the same philosophy: low and slow, no shortcuts, no compromise.
